Robert Howley Leaves Cardiff

Scrum half Robert Howley, who played 59 times for Wales and was the captain in 22 of those matches, has left Cardiff and signed a three-year contract with Wasps.
With Cardiff only offering a years contract for the 31-year-old, he reluctantly ended a second spell with the Cardiff cub and will now be based in London.
“This is the opportunity to play in the best league in the Northern Hemisphere,” he said. “I am here to win medals and show Wasps the commitment they have shown me.”
