Munster have secured a home Celtic League semi-final with a convincing win over fellow Irish side Connacht at Musgrave Park on Friday night.
Centre Mike Mullins scored two of Munster’s four tries, with the others going to in-form winger Mossie Lawlor and international lock Paul O’Connell, who had a superb game in his return from injury.
Prolific goal-kicker Ronan O’Gara supplied the remainder of Munster’s points with five successful shots at goal, while Mark McHugh supplied Connacht’s total with an early penalty goal.
