Iestyn Harris, Jamie Robinson, Craig Morgan and Ryan Powell have all been released from international camp to play for Cardiff in the Welsh Premiership match with Neath on Friday (kick off 7:05pm) at the Arms Park.
However Wales boss Steve Hansen has opted to keep club captain Martyn Williams and Rhys Williams within the international camp – neither being made available for the Arms Park clash.
Both players are the first choices in their respective positions, and will be allowed the weekend to rest ahead of next Saturday’s potential Wooden spoon decider with Scotland.
Neath captain Gareth Llewellyn, who made a replacement’s appearance against England, has also been granted permission to play.
Hooker Steve Jones will rejoin the full squad having returned from a neck injury.
Neath had been using prop Duncan Jones as a stand-in hooker, however he is unavailable after suffering knee ligament damage in the Welsh All Blacks recent Welsh Premiership victory against Llanelli. He faces a six week lay-off.
