Cardiff fullback Leon Andrews brought Wales staggering success with a try in the third-minute of injury time at Stradey Park.
The English pack had battered their Welsh counterparts all evening at Llanelli’s home ground, but there was still some magic left behind the scrum for Wales, and Andrews came up with a dash for glory that allowed the under-19’s to follow on the footsteps of the under-21’s and notch a superb victory.
Ponytpridd wing Richard Fussell grabbed two first half tries for Wale, but the visitors still led 18-13 at the break.
Outstanding lock Tom Ryder and fellow front five member Aston Croall grabbed tries for England, and outside half Ross Broadfoot converted one and added two penalty goals.
Neath outside half Matthew Jones added a penalty goal to Fossell’s two first-half tries, and then kicked a second to cut the gap to two points after the break.
But victory seemed to be slipping away form Wales when two long-range penalty goal attempts from Pontypridd centre Lee Thomas slipped past the post.
But then came Andrews’ special moment – and another win for Wales over England.
