Sale and England fullback Jason Robinson is a man who will be well known by Welsh rugby fans.
Last season his dazzling running helped to defeat Pontypridd in the PARKER PEN SHIELD final, and Llanelli have had to watch out for his footwork in this season’s Heineken Cup
Dubbed ‘Billy Whizz’ because he causes panic to opposition defences wherever he goes, Robinson’s lightening pace and tricky footwork make him hard to tackle and he has settled well into the full-back position for England.
Robinson made his name in Rugby League playing for Wigan Warriors.
He then switched to Union, where he took to the 15-man code like a duck to water, he has already represented the British and Irish Lions, and rugby fans can expect to see Robinson playing at the top level for years to come.
He has representative honours in Rugby League with: GB, GB Academy and England Seniors.
In Union, he has represented England and the Lions.
