The coach makes just one change to the starting line-up from the side defeated Ireland 20-19 at Ebbw Vale last week.
Richie Pugh is brought in for Robin Sowden-Taylor at flanker. And there are also changes on the replacements bench, with Gareth Delve and John Lewis both included.
