Cardiff U-21’s crushed Swansea U-21’s 57-3 in a one sided contest at the Gnoll to take the WRU Under-21 Cup back the Arms Park.
Swansea were unable to show any of the enterprise and skill that had been in evidence during their cup run, scoring a solitary penalty goal.
Cardiff by contrast, helped themselves to eight tries with a confident display of ball handling rugby.
Cardiff outside half Gareth McCarthey was the man of the hour, scoring 25 points, with six conversions, two tries and a dropped goal.
