Both teams boast international players with Llandaff North, captained by Welsh Flanker Esther Eckley, fielding 12 Welsh players from the seniors, development and Under 19s sides.
Tylorstown have their fair share of Welsh talent, with Jamie Kift and Julia Newton in the back row, Wales Under 19’s Stacey Saunders at Fly half, Claire Flowers in the centre and Non Evans and April Dent on the bench.
Llandaff North haven’t had an easy run to the final, facing league rivals Pontyclun in the first round, Blaenau Gwent and Carmarthen Quins, before playing last year’s finalist’s Caernarfon in the semi final. Tylorstown beat Waunarlydd and Torfaen before a comfortable win against Bala in the semis 32-5 a fortnight ago.
The teams have met twice in the league this season, with Llandaff North keeping clean sheets in both games, but with the addition of new players to the Tylorstown setup, it promises to be the game of the season.
Entry is £3 for adults (includes a programme) and free for Under 16s.
