Llandaff North ladies won the treble for the second consecutive year, when they scooped the National League title on Sunday beating Caernarfon 10-0 at Llanidloes RFC. They add the title to the South Division One and National Cup title that they won last weekend.

Two tries from Wales Under-19s winger Gemma Williams secured the win for Llandaff North in a hard fought game. Llandaff North’s forwards dominated the scrum, with the second try coming from Llandaff North winning Caernarfon’s ball and the back line delivering quick ball to Williams who crossed the line.
