The positive aspects of every game reap positive aspects in every new game, yes adapt the play to suit different teams, however, if the game plan isn’t working then reorganise and change the tactics and approach without effecting the quality of play and discipline, keep changing until something does work, always strive for success, think big and you will grow as a team and nation, keep the players fired up throughout the match, why not delegate responsibilities of the Captain and have Iestyn Harries in charge of the backs etc and Colin Charvis the forwards, with direct communication between the two areas we can take on and win each and every outing, if this doesn’t work then try something different again, delegate responsibilities all through the ranks, let each and every player show their initiative until a comfortable winning set up is achieved in every game, never be afraid to try new ideas and concepts, again, Well Done to the Welsh team on their performance against Canada and the coaches/management. We can now only improve again to win our next game against Tonga. Well done men, you will also beat Tonga. Continue the running game, always on the attack, ferocious in defence and tight in the forwards, always supporting each other, Win.

Play them up front, dominate, always release the quick ball and get the ball moving round the paddock, somewhat like the sevens game, (against Tonga) get the ball over the try line and get the next bonus point as well. Keep it close up front, spin that ball out wide and play with their defence, you can put another 6-7 tries onto Tonga. And you can keep a clean sheet in regard to tries from Tonga. Keep refreshed, keep revitalised and keep keen and hungry, keep the team disciplined and we will win as described above.
