Match of the day in Four West is easy, as the unbeaten Llandybie (six wins) take on the also unbeaten Loughor (five wins). Penarth welcome new opponents in Abercwmboi in Four South-East, where the Dowlais home match with Hoel-y-Cyw looms large and in Four South-West Cwmgors hope to get back on the winning trail against Morriston and fend of Taibach, who meet Amman United in an attractive fixture.
There will be no league rugby again in either Four North or Five North, but in Five East Machen have the chance to join Trinant on six wins if they beat Oakdale, as Trinant are the byed club in that division.
