North Wales are at last back to league rugby with Rhyl hoping to go to Ruthin and capture that club’s unbeaten record, while Nant Conwy have to make the journey to Newtown. Bala hope tobreak their duck as they travel to Wrexham.

In Division Five Trinant and Machen are top in the east with six wins apeice and both are expected to win, as Trinant are home to Garndiffaith and Machen visit RTB(Ebbw Vale). The best match could be between Oakdale and Gwernyfed.

Leaders Cefneithin entertain Penygroes in the West and Crymych face bottom club Llangwm. In the South-West powerful Resolven go to Crynant for their hardest match to date and likewise in the South-East when unbeaten Llantwit Major visit Waterton Cross to take on South Wales Police.

It is back to business in Five North with leaders Denbigh home to Rhos and unbeaten Colwyn Bay entertaining Bro Ffestiniog.
