Nelson and Mountaibn Ash play a local derby at Ynysybwl. Banwen, Maesteg Quins and Bryncoch all head Three South-West with 18 points, but unbeaten Brynoch, with a game in hand, will be at home to Brynamman.
In Division Four Bargoed go to Ynysddu in the East with seven straight wins and a lead of six points over Blaina, who meet pointless St Joseph’s at Central Park. Last week’s Cardiff HSOB-Monmouth match showed a huge Old Boys win, but in fact the home side should have given a 9-9 scoreline. Five clubs all have 15 points in the
South-East the key meeting is between two of these sides when Heol y Cyw play hosts to Fairwater. In the South-West where there are no unbeaten clubs, leaders Tabach take on Briton Ferry while Cwmgors hope to halt their slide as they visit Glais.
The West division will see Llaqndybie at Laugharne and unbeaten Loughor meeting bottom club Bynea. North Wales are at last back to league rugby with Rhyl hoping to go to Ruthin and capture that club’s unbeaten record, while Nant Conwy have to make the journey to Newtown. Bala hope tobreak their duck as they travel to Wrexham.
In Division Five Trinant and Machen are top in the east with six wins apeice and both are expected to win, as Trinant are home to Garndiffaith and Machen visit RTB(Ebbw Vale). The best match could be between Oakdale and Gwernyfed.
Leaders Cefneithin entertain Penygroes in the West and Crymych face bottom club Llangwm. In the South-West powerful Resolven go to Crynant for their hardest match to date and likewise in the South-East when unbeaten Llantwit Major visit Waterton Cross to take on South Wales Police.
It is back to business in Five North with leaders Denbigh home to Rhos and unbeaten Colwyn Bay entertaining Bro Ffestiniog.
