Nick Robinson, who scored a consolation try against the French club after coming on as a second-half replacement, has been named at fly-half ahead of Wales star Iestyn Harris, who has injured his back. Matt Allen replaces Robinson on the bench.
Young has named only two backs – scrum-half Andy Moore and Allen – on the bench, meaning that if Nicky Robinson is injured, fullback Rhys Williams would have to take over at fly-half.
Despite losing all their European matches so far this season – and the last 10 overall – Young believes his side are improving each week and have been unlucky not to snatch a victory.
‘We have been improving week-by-week in the Heineken Cup and have come closer than most people give us credit for to reaching this stage of the pool matches with perhaps two wins under our belt.
‘We learn from our experiences and now we must continue to think positively and go all out for an important win on Saturday,’ he said.
