The Disciplinary Committee ruled that Mr Finau was guilty of striking an opponent and the player has been suspended for 21 days from today. He will be free to resume playing on 4 March, 2004.

The Welsh Rugby Union Disciplinary Sub Committee met in Cardiff today (Wednesday, 11 February) to hear the citing complaint made by Ulster against Llanelli Scarlets player Salesi Finau following the Celtic League match at Ravenhill on Friday, 6 February.
