Top score of the day went to Bethesda in North who trounced the students of Bangor University 137-3. Steve Ellis and Arwyn Smith both raced in for five tries apiece as the students were put to the sword.

With Resolven’s match at Neath Athletic postponed, Aberavon Green Stars took full advantage to move to the top of South West with a 52-13 win at Porthcawl.
The Stars lead Resolven by two points but they have played two more games. Tonna may yet have a say in the title race after their 44-6 win at Cwmgwrach.
Cardiff-based St Albans defeat RTB (Ebbw Vale) 47-24 to record their fifth successive victory in East. In the only other game in this division, Nantyglo won 24-10 against visitors Oakdale.
Llantwit Major shocked Llandaff North by winning 36-27 in Cardiff. The victory lifts the Vale side into second place behind champions Llandaff. Wales Under-19 centre Dafydd Hewitt led the way with a brace of tries and bottom club Canton were trounced 37-0 at Ferndale.
