Llandaff North opened their account early with a try from Wales Under 19 winger Gemma Williams, closely followed by a try from Abby King on the right wing. Llandaff North always looked dangerous in the backs and centre Jess Kidley broke through the Tycroes-Pontyclun defence to score under the posts. Abby King added a fourth.

Tycroes-Pontyclun reduced the deficit with a try from ex-international Karen Mayze and they continued to apply the pressure but resolute defending by Llandaff North held them up over the line several times.

Gemma Williams added Llandaff North’s final try to bring the score to 31-7.
