Bedwas winger Stefan Sankala scored the only try of his sides 22-12 win at Pontypool, while Swansea sneaked home 37-30 over Llandovery.

The Aberavon-Carmarthen Quins match was called off after the tragic drowning of 19-year-old Wizards hooker Sean Conneely in Cardiff on Wednesday night.
