LLANDAFF NORTH v TY CROES LADIES

Llandaff North started strongly and two first half tries came from wing Abby King and Welsh No. 8 Emma Phillips to give the home team a 10-0 lead. The north continued to play well but were caught short of the line on several occasions to leave the score 10-0 at half time.

Strong scrummaging gave Llandaff North the platform for their backs to make several breaks but Ty Croes put in good cover tackles to prevent the North from capitalising.

A further two tries came from centre Cheryl Tyler and prop Ruth Copeland to make the game safe before Ty Croes scored a converted consolation try. Final score 20-7.
