DRAGONS HEAD UP WALES CELTIC CHALLENGE

Bonus point wins at the weekend see Edinburgh Gunners and Munster move to the top of the table, the Scots leading the way having tallied more tries (7) than the Irish province (4). Dragons and Ulster, both the recipients of 4 points for a free weekend over the first two weeks, sit in 3rd and 4th place respectively.

Scarlets 2 tries in their victory over Reivers on Sunday see them overtake Leinster into 5th spot; Scarlets’ one try more than the Irishmen being the deciding factor in the table as both have equal games won and points difference.

Bonus points were collected in four of the five games this weekend as both Cardiff and Warriors in defeat came within 7 points of their opponents thereby gaining a losing bonus point. Gunners and Munster earned try bonus points.
