WELSH STUDENTS TRIALS

All trialing players are required to be at Llanrumney for 10am.  Any players that have not yet registered must bring a completed application form and £10. 

Please bring full training kit including protective wear (gum shield, pads, scrum cap etc), packed lunch, water bottle (we do not provide these due to health and safety issues) and a pad and pen.

The format of the day will involve some ‘games for understanding’ to include skill development, fitness and game specific work.

There will be a physio present but they are there to treat any injuries on the day. If you require strapping, please bring this with you.

The day will finish at approximately 3.30pm.

The squad will be selected in the week following the trials and will posted on the WRU website (click on women’s rugby). Training and match details will then be emailed to the successful players.
