OSPREYS DUO CITED AFTER TUSSLE WITH TIGERS

 Henson has been cited for two alleged incidents of foul play during. He has been charged with elbowing Tigers prop Alejandro Moreno, leaving the Italian with a broken nose, and for aiming a kick at his opponent.

And his team-mate Ian Evans has also been reported by citing commissioner Bill Dunlop for a kick at England scrum-half Harry Ellis. Ellis had to leave the feild, and it is feared the eyou ng starhas suffered cruciate ligament damage.

Both players will face the music at a disciplinary hearing set for Friday, 23 December.

Henson, 23, has had just two games back since recovering from his groin injury., but if found guilty by the European Rugby Cup disciplinary committee, Grand-Slam winning Hernsn and new Wales squad lock Evans could miss the start of the Six Nations. Kicking an opponent carries a minimum ban of three months, and .stricking an opponent with “a fist or arm, including the elbow, shoulder, head or knee(s)” carries a minimum ban of two weeks.
