Wasps led 27-7 at the interval and this was by some distance their best performance of the season. They racked up the points in a free flowing second half performance, with Voyce catching the eye with a succession of flambouyent scores. Frenchman Ibanez won the Heineken Cup man-of-the-match award to please the home faithful.
SCARLETS STUNNED BY WASPS
The home side scored six-tries, and in doing so scuppered the Scarlets’s slim hopes of a final eight place. England winger Tom Voyce scored a hat-trick and there were tries for Josh Lewsey, George Skivington and Raphael Ibanez as Wasps belatedly discovered their European form.
