Those in the capacity 10,800 crowd will be able to use their original tickets for the rescheduled match. However, refunds will be available from Tuesday 3rd January and can be claimed from the ticket office or by post by producing the original tickets. All refunds will have to be claimed by Friday 3rd February. The Scarlets are also offering free car parking at Stradey Park for the rescheduled game on a first come first served basis.
Chief Executive Stuart Gallacher, said: “We were very disappointed that the game had to be called off, particularly so late. We had inspected the pitch at 11am and the referee inspected it at 1pm and declared it playable. However by the 2.30pm kick-off the situation had changed and the game postponed.”
“We wanted to reschedule the date as soon as possible so all the disappointed supporters knew where things stood and this is the first available window acceptable to all.”
“Of course we still have an outside chance of qualifying for the Heineken Quarter Finals and we will be doing everything we can to get through. However, it is an uphill challenge and the Ospreys are in a similar position so in the event neither of us make it, we will play the fixture on 31st March.”
More details on refunds are available by calling the Scarlets call-line on 09068 660 221 or on www.scarlets.co.uk.
