With Principality fixtures against Maesteg next Wednesday and Pontypool the following Saturday, Cardiff have three fixtures in a week and Stone admits he has to spread his player resources carefully.
He said: “With a fixture backlog building up, we have to be very careful that we don’t overplay some players. At the same time we are taking the cup run very seriously. Our victories so far have served as the perfect tonic and we want to go all the way to the Millennium Stadium for the final in May.”
