Ammanford beat Cefneithiin 39-14 thanks to tries froom Craig Maloney (2), John McWilliams, Tristan Evans, Chris Jones, Justin Lewis and Dylan Howells while a waterlogged pitched postponed Pontarddulais’ game at Crymych.
Heal-y-Cyw ran out easy winners against Aberavon Green Stars, 48-6, in Division Four (south-west) while St David’s clinched a vital 11-5 win over Pontyates in their survival battle in Division Five (west).
