The Cardiff side were unbeaten throughout the tournament, defeating Blaenau Gwent, Birchgrove, Cardiff Quins and Richmond in the round robin stage and setting up a final showdown with Richmond.
After 20 minutes hard battle, UWIC came out on top and claimed the trophy.
