The Blues gained a bonus-point win against Bristol at the Arms Park on the opening weekend and travel to the Stoop aiming for maximum points.
New Wales captain Gethin Jenkins and hooker Rhys Thomas return to bolster the pack in place of John Yapp and Gareth Williams.
Blues coach Dai Young has also selected Robin Sowden-Taylor for bench duty after the flanker was named in the provisional Wales squad for the Test against world champions South Africa next week. And Young believes it will be a difficult afternoon for his men in London.
Young said: “It’s a massive test for us. They are a much improved team and getting better week by week. They’re a difficult team to beat at the Stoop, and have turned it into a bit of a fortress.
“I was pleased with the Bristol result but we need to be more clinical. The try before half time was critical, but we had a lot of opportunities before that which we didn’t score.”
Fly-half Nicky Robinson has failed to shake off a hip injury while scrum-half Richie Rees suffered a hamstring injury against Bristol.
