League leaders Penallta were comfortably beaten 25-7 at Tredegar with Stuart Johnson scoring a hat-trick for the home side, whilst Mountain Ash beat Ynysybwl 23-25 away.
Dramatic performance of the weekend goes to Llanishen, who scored their first win of the season beating Newport HSOB 19-18 with a last minute 50-yard drop-goal from Gareth Bailey-Jones.
In Division 3 East, Abergavenny stay on top after beating Pontypool United 35-13 and scored six tries in the process. Second place Brynmawr found it tougher, beating Blaina 11-7 in a very scrappy game spoiled by bad weather.
Bottom of the table Senghenydd drew 13-13 with Cwmbran thanks to a last minute penalty.
In Division 4 East, Gwernyfed remain top of the table after four quick tries at the start of the game proved too much for home side Monmouth, who lost the game 16-31. Second and third also won with Nantyglo scoring six tries and winning 16-47 at Talywain and Abertillery winning 12-6 against Tredegar Ironsides with Lee Mills kicking four penalties.
In Division 5 East Blaenavon slip to second after Crumlin scored a vital away victory, beating the league leaders 7-17. This means Chepstow are now top after winning 28-0 against Usk, scoring five tries in the process.
