Former Wales international Robinson is kept on the bench after playing just 20 minutes in five months following hip and hamstring injuries.
Blues Coach Dai Young names an unchanged line-up for the massive away test against the three-time Heineken Cup champions. The Welsh region travel to the south of France in confident mood after a convincing 20-0 away win in Edinburgh last weekend.
Young said: “It will be a massive hurdle for us but one we’re all looking forward to. We’ve have to raise our standards because of who we’re playing against. Toulouse haven’t got their standing in the Heineken Cup by chance, they’ve earned it.
“We know that on any given day they can put teams to the sword. We’ve got to go over there and throw caution to the wind and try to express ourselves.”
