Nick Kelly returns after missing the win over Llandovery and he takes over the captaincy from Matthew Bolton who drops down to the bench.
Kelly is joined in the back-row by Sam Warburton who has recovered from his hamstring strain. Another young Blue, Rhys Jones, remains at fullback after impressing in his two games last week and Jamie Jones, who also missed the win over Llandovery takes his place back on the wing.
The experienced Harry Trelawny replaces Lloyd Williams at scrum half.
