The Blues are currently riding high in Pool Six with 14 points from a possible 15 after claiming victories in their opening three fixtures. Last weekend at the Arm’s Park the Blues triumphed 21-17 without really hitting their straps.
After selecting an unchanged team, Young said: “We’ll no doubt get a warm reception in the south of France. It will be a difficult game because they are a quality team with quality players.
“They haven’t played like they can in recent weeks and I’m sure they’ll click soon, I
just hope it doesn’t happen on the weekend. Our kicking game has got to be accurate as they looked very dangerous from our mistakes last week.”
Biarritz, once a super power of French rugby, have struggled over the past couple of Heineken Cup campaigns and are a shadow of their former self. However at home they are still a tough nut to crack.
“Biarritz will have taken away a lot of confidence leaving the Arms Park last week. So they are probably quite confident they can do the job at home,” added Young.
“But the good thing is we don’t feel they’ve seen the best of us. We feel we can go out there and play a lot better.”
