A converted injury-time try by Milford Haven edged them to a 24-23 win over Cwmgwrach in the Division 5 play-off. In a titanic struggle, Cwmgwrach outscored their rivals three tries to two, but it’s Milford Haven who gain promotion along with Talywain who brushed aside Cilfynydd 31-15.
In another exciting clash, Bro Ffestiniog scored four tries to three against their north Wales rivals Bala to win the Division 2 North play-off 22-20 however Bala had the chance to sneak a victory but they missed a 30m penalty with the last kick of the match.
Elsewhere Llantwit Fardre defeated Pill Harriers 14-0 in a Division 3 play-off while the remaining Division 3 play-off game between Aberystwyth and Tondu will be played at Kidwelly on Wednesday (7.15pm KO)
