Scarlets Regional Girls will be holding an open rugby skills day at Cardigan RFC on Sunday 26th July.
The session will kick off at 10am and will finish at 3pm. All those attending are advised to bring along a packed lunch and drinks.
The session is open to any girls between the ages of 12-18 who are interested in playing rugby.
