The illedged incident happened during the second half of the Blues’s Magners League match against the Ospreys at the Liberty Stadium on New Year’s Day.
The citing was not upheld, with the panel deciding the offence would not have justified a sending-off.
No sanction was therefore appropriate and the player is free to play with immediate effect.
