With injuries influencing selection coach Richard Hodges makes only one change to the side that lost to The Quins in midweek.

“We know what Bedwas will bring to the game, they work hard for each other and they will punish us if our game management is poor. They comfortably beat us earlier in the season so we must avoid a repeat of that performance” he added.

Harry Trelawny returns at scrum half in the only change to the starting line-up but there is a reshuffle on the bench with Ieuan Davies, taking a break from duty with the Wales Under 20s side, returning as replacement hooker and Gareth Morris and Tom Evans also resuming bench duties.
