Glamorgan Wanderers will play Ebbw Vale at Cardiff Arms Park on Saturday (6.30pm) in the first of the play-offs.
The Wanderers, who finished as fourteenth club in the Principality Premiership, play Ebbw Vale who topped SWALEC Division One East, with the winner of that game playing Bridgend, SWALEC Division One West champion, the following Saturday (May 7), also at Cardiff Arms Park at 6.30pm.
In the British & Irish Cup qualification play-offs, Newport, who finished in seventh position in the Principality Premiership, face eighth-placed Tonmawr at Rodney Parade on Saturday 7 May, 2.30pm, with the winner of that game playing sixth placed Cross Keys at Pandy Park on Thursday 12 May, 7.15pm for the one remaining British & Irish Cup place.
The Principality Premiership title will be decided for the first time by the Principality Premiership Champion Club Play-Off final. Pontypridd, who have topped the division, have gained an automatic place in the finale, and will host the game at Sardis Road on Thursday 19 May (19.35), while Neath host third placed Llanelli on Thursday 12 May (19.35) to determine the other finalist.
