The game will be the Wizards third game in seven days after they knocked Cardiff out of the Swalec Cup last Sunday and won the Premiership match at Carmarthen Quins on Wednesday evening. It will also be Aberavon’s penultimate home game of the season.
Aberavon have won 14of their 20 league games during this campaign while Cross Keys have won nine and drawn one of their 21 matches.
Although they have lost their last two league games the Gwent side comprehensively beat the Wizards 41-10 at Pandy Park a fortnight ago, and gained a 4-try bonus point in the process. While the visitors will want more of the same as they aim to secure British and Irish Cup qualification, the home side will be wanting to make amends.
The match will be the thirty-fourth time that the sides have met in the league with the Wizards leading the series by twenty-three wins to eight with two games drawn.
