Namibia face Fiji in their first Group D game on September 10 and will line up against Wales on Monday September 26.
Coach Johan Diergaardt yesterday named a squad including a host of local and South African-based players.
“We have blended youth and experience and must not be compared with other Namibian World Cup squads as we are the first to spend more than two years preparing for the tournament,” said Diergaardt.
