Wales face Fiji in their final RWC2011 Pool clash against tomorrow morning (UK Time) and Jones is looking for another top performance which will see Wales progress into the last eight.
“It is all about us and we have to look at ourselves,” said the Ospreys forward.
“I’m sure we will go out and put in a good performance but we have to remember the previous games against Fiji which have been frustrating and we must remain structured against them.
“We have been caught in a trap in the last couple of games against them but we need to look at ourselves and not make the game too loose.
“It’s all about knowing when to keep it tight and when to open the game up.
“But things are going really well and the spirit is good.
“We are coming along nicely under the radar so another good victory tomorrow and we will see what happens then.
“Confidence is high and there is a good atmosphere in the camp and we are looking forward to another game day.”
