Italy, currently propping up the points table, have brought back wing Mirco Bergamasco along with halfbacks Fabio Semenzato and Kris Burton while experienced centre Gonzalo Canale also starts.
Up front Andrea Lo Cicero is fit again so starts at loosehead prop while Corne Van Zyl and Simone Favaro also come into the pack at second row and back row respectively.
Bergamasco is likely to take over the kicking duties as both Burton and Tobias Botes have wasted point scoring opportunites with wayward goalkicking.
