The evening is for senior women players 18 years and above.
With Sevens now being introduced into the Olympics for 2016 in Rio the interest in the sport is rapidly gaining in popularity.
A WRU spokesperson said: “This is an opportunity to learn a little more about the game, the skills needed and the level of fitness required. All standards of player are invited as it is about identifying raw talent and providing a pathway for development and eventual performance.”
Players are not just looking long term to the Olympics in 2016 as the European Qualifiers take place in June in Bulgaria. If Wales qualify from this they will then head to Moscow for the chance to qualify for the 2013 Women’s Sevens Rugby World Cup that also takes place in the same city next summer.
