For the visit of Blackwood Glamorgan Wanderers welcome back captain Alex Luff for his first start of the season.

He is the only change to the front five with Owen Lloyd moving into the back row to join Garrick Armstrong and Josh Jacas who starts at No 8.

Behind the scrum Joe O’Sullivan starts on the wing after impressing as a sub last week and the Wanderers give a debut to Ianto Griffiths at outside half.

“Having the captain back in the fold is a real boost for the side. Despite the start the spirit is strong and the team has prepared well this week,” commented Wanderers coach Gareth Cull.

“Saturday’s side has a better balance to it and we expect a better performance,” added manager Luke Burton.
