Coach Patrick Horgan said, “Due mainly to injuries, we fielded something of a development side at Llanelli last Wednesday and, despite losing, we were encouraged by some of the individual performances which will lead to further opportunities for those young players.
“We are fortunate in being able to bring back some big players for us at home to Carmarthen Quins who are always game opponents. It will be a big occasion for Gareth Gravell, a captain and leader who always gives his all for the All Black jersey.
”It is good to have a midweek game at The Gnoll. Floodlit rugby used to be the norm for the top clubs in Wales, the boys are looking forward to it and ideally we’ll have a good crowd.”
