Up front Peter Lloyd starts at hooker and Ross Gibbon comes into the boiler house alongside captain Alex Luff. Matt Llewelyn having spent time at the Wanderers a couple of seasons ago starts at No 8 on permit.
On the bench there is a welcome return to young centre Mike Smith who was injured in the away game at Bonymaen in September .
“It’s a pretty daunting prospect going to Ebbw this Saturday but we’ve instilled in the team that they have nothing to lose. Nobody expects us to get a result,” commented Wanderers head coach Matt Bolton.
“Sometimes top of the table sides bring out the best in players. Let us hope that’s the case this week,” added manager Luke Burton.
