All four sides have impressed in the four games played so far with this Sunday’s fixtures seeing the Ospreys taking on the Dragons before the Blues clash with the Scarlets straight after.
After a frustrating 5-5 draw with the Blues last Sunday, the Ospreys will be looking to get back to winning ways against the Dragons. Meanwhile the Dragons, who have lost both their matches so far, will be looking to get that first win on the board.
Though they are yet to win, the Dragons responded well to falling behind to the Scarlets last weekend and the way they rallied to narrow the margin in the second half is a positive sign for their supporters.
Meanwhile the Blues in the second game will be looking to get one over on old rivals the Scarlets.
“The regional competition so far has seen all four teams give it their all with some top quality rugby being played,” said Sophie Bennett, WRU Women’s Performance Manager.
“Hopefully that will continue this weekend with players pushing towards international recognition.”
