The Principality Premiership game between Cardiff and Pontypridd due to be played at the Arms Park has been called off after the playing surface was deemed unplayable following the atrocious weather conditions that have plagued Wales over the past week.

The surface problems were subsequently compounded by the Cardiff Blues game against the Dragons on Boxing Day.
