The Exiles went down 20-9 at the Stade Lesdiguieres last Friday, but were subsequently awarded a 28-0 win by ERC and five match points after Grenoble fielded an ineligible player. The French club have also been docked the points from the original result.
Only victory at the Kassam Stadium will now do if Welsh are to keep up the pressure on Pool 5 pacesetters Stade Francais, whose 29-6 win over I Cavalieri Prato leaves them ten points clear of the Exiles at the top of Pool 5.
In the backs, Joe Ajuwa comes in for Ashley Smith on the wing, while in the forwards Dan George returns from injury to start at hooker, with Greg Bateman dropping to the bench.
James Tideswell starts at tight head in place of Arthur Joly and Alfie To’oala comes in at No 8 for ex-Grenoble player Daniel Browne. Joly moves to the bench.
“It was a good game last weekend against Grenoble,” said Jones. “We were disappointed to lose but quite pleased with the performance we put in and we’re keen to build and improve on it on Saturday.”
