Davies has been sidelined since dislocating his ankle in a freak training ground accident in January.
The blow came just weeks after the Wales lock made his comeback after being knocked out in an off the ball incident with New Zealand’s Andrew Hore.
It was feared Davies would miss the remainder of the season but he has battled back ahead of schedule and will be involved
in the Welsh derby with the Scarlets on Saturday, with Tom James and Dan Fish also in line to return.
“Bradley will be available this weekend,” said Blues director of rugby Phil Davies.
“It is good to see him back because he has worked exceptionally hard on his rehabilitation and fitness.
“He’s spent a lot of time doing work for us in terms of our lineout and tactics in that area.
“But now he is ready to play and very excited to be back.”
While second-row Davies hopes to propel himself back into the Wales set-up ahead of the summer tour of Japan, teammate Cuthbert is a frontrunner for the British & Irish Lions.
The wing wonder has been sidelined since suffering a hamstring tear against England, remarkably before he scored two tries to inspire Wales to the RBS 6 Nations title.
But both Cuthbert and fellow Wales star Lloyd Williams are on course to feature in the Blues’ final match of the season against Ulster on May 3.
“Alex has been running which is good but he has obviously lost a bit of power in his hamstring,” added Davies.
“If he was ready to play then he will and we are confident he will be ready for selection against Ulster.”
