Lloyd Williams, already well known to the Sardis Road supporters, was initially drafted in on permit as scrum half cover from Treorchy last season and impressed with his dynamic style of play and swift service to the back line.
His contribution for Pontypridd was a telling one, making 10 appearances in all including one as a second half replacement in the SWALEC Cup Final. He also played a starring role as a starter in the Principality Premiership play-off final.
Aged just 21, Williams will undoubtedly prove to be a significant addition to the Pontypridd squad as they look to emulate a superb 2012/13 campaign next season.
