The pint-sized 20-year-old is set to line-up on the wing once again for the west Wales region against Edinburgh tomorrow.
He is likely to come face to face with wither 6ft 4ins Scotland star Tim Visser or 6ft 5ins former Osprey Nikki Walker.
But the Wales Under-20 flyer, who stands at 5ft 8ins and weighs in at 12st 10lbs, is well up for the challenge.
“Pretty much everyone on the pitch is bigger and heavier than me, but I just have to get stuck in,” said Williams.
“They have big wings in Visser and Walker who have played a few years in the league, but it is all about getting stuck in there and showing heart.”
And Williams is delighted to have been give so much game-time despite being selected on the wing and not in his preferred full-back position.
“I am playing out of position, but we have an interchangeable back three so there has been a bit of moving around to try to get the best out of each other,” added Williams.
“Playing on the wing is just a number on your back because we can all move around and play different positions on the field.
“For me, it is a big step up to regional rugby and you are playing against some experienced people who have been involved in professional rugby for many years.
“My aim is just to try to play as much as I can.
“I played in two games last year before picking up a nasty shoulder injury and missed out on most of the rest of the season. That was frustrating because it was tough to get back into things.
“Losing George (North) and Andy (Fenby) were big losses for the club, but it has given opportunities for young players like myself to have a chance to perform.”
